If your order arrives with damaged packaging, with missing, defective or incorrect products, contact us through our Contact Form or at info@tonipons.sg Please include photos and a description of the problem. 

Exchange will only be allow at Tanglin Mall Shop, 163 Tanglin Road #02-147 Singapore 247933.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, provided you have the original receipt and the products and packaging are in their original condition. Please note that refunds are not permitted. Promotional items or items obtained using vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items showing signs of wear are not eligible for exchange. We allow only one exchange per item. 

Once the product is received and verified, we will proceed with the inspection and contact you within 7-14 days.
